Finding the Right Property

Be prepared to answer questions like: What is your budget, what area of town do you want to be, type of structure (single family, condo, villa, high-rise), amenities, (golf, tennis, clubhouse, social, fitness) type of construction (new, remodeled, project)
Negotiate the Offer
Let the fun begin! We will advise you on an appropriate price to offer and present it to the seller's agent. We will handle the negotiation process and offer constant communication until an agreement is made.

A buyer's agent should also be able to refer you to reliable mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, movers, and other real estate professionals. This can also help expedite each step of the process.
